On Saturday, June 24th, the Rotary Club of Shanghai Pudong Lujiazui celebrated the Handover of the Presidency from Gerhard Fashing to Dmytro Maksymenko. Henry Chang serves as President Elect. The handover was a nice family event as well, with a great BBQ Dinner at the Grand Millennium.

We are looking back to a nice year with our past president, Gerhard Fasching. He invented a fantastic club life with family events, wonderful projects like the Mifan Mama and fellowship activities, such as the charity poker nights at Grand Millennium. Thank you for the last year, Gerhard!

Our new president for the term 2017/2018 is Dmytro Maksymenko. We are looking forward to the new year and our upcoming projects, e.g. our give tree project. Dmytro introduce the rotary motto for the year: making a difference. We believe, our new President will make a difference and will create a great Rotary club life.
