The Rotary Club of Pudong Lujiazui (RCLJZ) was several years in the making.   Its roots go back to a number of Charter Members of the Rotary Club of Shanghai (RCS).  Recognizing that in a city of 22 million people more than one location was needed, these Charter Members of RCS met informally in Pudong at first, later as an official Satelite Club of RCS, then as a Provisional Club and in April 2015 was awarded its Charter as Rotary Club of Pudong Lujiazui.
