On the last regular Club meeting of the year, Special Representative Frank Yih honored us with a visit.  He shared RIs 2016/2017 theme: “Rotary serving humanity”, as well as the progress of Rotary in China. 

President Gerhard shared our Clubs progress. The Clubs motto for 2016/2017 “Serving for a sustainable future”. We are implementing three lighthouse projects.

1. Indywheels (Mifan Mama) to provide mobility to the disabled.
2. Giving Tree (Community Center Shanghai) providing school supplies and clothing to migrant worker children.
3. Million Trees Project (Roots and Shoots) planting trees in Inner Mongolia for environmental protection.

President Gerhard and SR Frank Yih name Fabian Kirsch Paul Harris Fellow.
